LEADERSHIP STANDARDS

 

As part of our evaluation, principals are required to gather artifacts and reflect on the six leadership standards published by USBE and our proficiency within each standard.  I have broken each standard into separate parts and provided reflection for each indicator.

I have always wanted to be an educator, specifically a principal, who has a deep impact on student learning and teacher development.
